Engagement Process

3S utilizes a highly consultative process to identify client objectives, and the issues or potential issues, that may inhibit our clients from achieving these objectives.

This process often begins with indepth discussions with all client stakeholders, as each stakeholder may have a slightly different perception of the overall situation.

3S then details the results of the discussions and provides a strategic plan for addressing the situation. Once the project deliverables have been clearly defined, and the strategic plan and its tactical components developed, 3S presents the client with an estimated timeline and budget for strategic execution.

Regardless of the number of consultants working on an engagement, our clients are provided with a 3S Project Manager who functions as a single point of contact between the client and the 3S consulting team. Our project management model has consistently resulted in overall project execution efficiencies with deliverables presented on time and on budget.
